Reed Fleming has a diverse range of work experience in finance and investment sectors. Starting in 2012, Reed interned with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, conducting research and participating in field examinations. In 2013, Reed worked as an Accounting Intern at Wells Fargo Global Fund Services, managing daily reconciliations and completing balance sheet reconciliations.

From 2014 to 2018, Reed worked at Cargill as a Domestic Tax Analyst, developing tax trial balances and conducting projects that resulted in significant tax deductions. Following this, Reed joined the Deming Center Venture Fund as an Associate, conducting investment due diligence and providing financial mentorship to startups. Reed later took on the role of Director at the fund, leading recruitment efforts.

In 2019, Reed joined Intuitive Private Equity as a Private Equity Associate, conducting due diligence on private equity investments and analyzing financials and market conditions. At Lumen Technologies, starting in 2020, Reed served as a Lead Analyst - Corporate Finance, constructing financial models and assisting with forecasting schedules.

Currently, Reed is working as a Finance Manager at Trilon Group, where they oversee financial operations.

Reed Fleming completed their education in a chronological order. Reed first attended the University of Northwestern - St. Paul from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. After that, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Reed completed their MBA in the field of Finance & Entrepreneurship from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Reed obtained a certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in September 2018.
