Julia Pond

Julia Pond is a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor at Free Rein Therapeutic Riding since March 2022, currently exploring new opportunities as of May 2024. With extensive experience in information architecture and technical writing, Julia has been an Information Architect at Deloitte through Trilyon, Inc. since October 2021, and held various roles at Canopy Systems Inc., Webtrends, George D. Frank Administrative Trust, and Oracle. Notable achievements include overseeing the drafting and distribution of API documentation, driving the delivery of customer information across analytics software products, and implementing improvements to streamline customer access to websites. Julia holds a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Portland State University.
