Bret Sewell

Bret Sewell has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bret currently serves as the CEO of Trim Tech Incorporated, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner of Deodora Capital Partners starting in 2018. From 2019 to February 2023, Bret worked as the VP Business Development & Product Management at oneNav, Inc.

Before that, they held various senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fintech & Security Division at Rambus in 2017, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Synaptics Incorporated from 2012 to 2016, and Executive Vice President at ChargePoint, Inc. in 2010-2011.

Additionally, Bret has gained experience as an Executive in Residence at Artiman Ventures in 2008-2009, CEO of Venturi Wireless from 2005-2007, and CEO of Kiwi Networks in 2003-2004.

Furthermore, they have a long-standing career at SnapTrack | Qualcomm where they held the positions of President and Senior Vice President & General Manager from 1997 to 2003.

Bret Sewell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry & Biological Anthropology from Harvard University. Bret also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Multinational Management and Finance from The Wharton School. Additionally, Bret has a Master of Arts degree in International Studies with a specialization in Japanese Language and East Asia from the University of Pennsylvania. Bret attended Phillips Academy as well.
