Todd Hoffman

Todd Hoffman's work experience includes holding the position of Senior Director of HR at TriMas Packaging since January 2023. Previously, they had worked at TriMas Corporation as a Manager, Compensation and HR Integration from July 2013 to January 2023. Before that, they were a Total Rewards Analyst at R L Polk from October 2012 to July 2013. Todd also worked as a Compensation Analyst at Lear Corporation from May 2010 to October 2012. In addition, Todd had a role as a Compensation Co-op - Graduate Student at American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc from June 2008 to May 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an Accountant/Tax Preparer at Hoffman Accounting LLC from August 2004 to April 2008. During their time there, they processed tax returns, managed marketing campaigns, and created an electronic file system for tax records.

Later, they attended Walsh College and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance in 2009. Subsequently, Todd enrolled at Walsh College again and obtained a Master of Management degree in 2016.
