David Jones

David Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David currently serves as the VP Commercial Excellence at TriMas Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Trimas Packaging (Rieke Packaging) starting from 2021. From 2016 to 2021, David was the Global Vice President Sales and Corporate Development at Rieke. David also held the role of Global Vice President Corporate Development at Rieke from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Rieke, David worked at Dialight PLC as the Vice President Commercial (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service) - EMEA from 2013 to 2016. In 2008, they joined Danaher, where they held multiple roles including Sales and Marketing Director at Fluke Industrial and Global Sales and Marketing Director at COMARK/DATAPAQ - FLUKE. Prior to that, David worked at VitasheetGroup as the EMEA Sales and Marketing Director from 2006 to 2008. David also served as Interim MD at various companies from 2005 to 2006. Starting their career in 2000, David worked at Univar as the Divisional Managing Director Personal Care and Pharmaceutical BU until 2005.

David Jones attended the University of Warwick from 1986 to 1989, where they completed a 1st class Bsc Hons degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics (MORSE).
