Summer Ray has over 18 years of experience in benefits administration and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits at TriMas Corporation, Summer Ray is responsible for the design and implementation of strategic health and welfare policies on both domestic and international levels. Previous roles at TriMas include Sr. Manager and Manager of Health and Welfare Benefits, where responsibilities encompassed leading healthcare utilization reviews, developing health management programs, and enhancing communication strategies. Prior experience at BorgWarner included roles as Benefits Specialist and Compensation & Benefits Coordinator, focusing on group health plans, wellness initiatives, and compliance with governmental regulations. Summer Ray holds a BA in Psychology and Human Resources from Oakland University.
