Fred Nabati & Michael Davoodpour created Trimax Realty & Loan. The partnership initiated by combining each other’s strengths so that there would be no weakness amongst them, which in turn would yield clients w/ a bigger smile & smoother transaction. Their honesty, determination, motivation, & overall knowledge of the real estate & loan markets, legal aspects of purchase contracts, negotiation, and communication help their client’s needs. This has established them as top producers within the Real Estate & Loan community. One key factor to their high success has been personalized client services that involve constant communication via any communication source their client desires. They have designed a custom administration system to setup their business to be GREEN. They have personally trained the company associates to have a strong support system and to always have the client’s best interest in mind. This allows the best platform to teach and direct other agents accordingly & in turn to bring an overall better experience to all of our clients. The key component to their combined 19+ years of experience has been realizing what the competition has failed to provide…which is to always make themselves available. They will literally work around the clock to insure your real estate transaction is as smooth as possible. Too many businesses these days lack the customer service that is critical in a Real Estate & Loan Transaction but they assure a high professional service.
