Amy Ward

Amy Ward is a dynamic professional with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through strategic development and digital transformation. They have served as an Executive Director for organizations such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Children's Reading Foundation of the Mid-Columbia, overseeing substantial fundraising and operations. Currently, Amy teaches as an Adjunct Professor at both Jessup University and Multnomah University, focusing on Non-Profit Management and Organizational Leadership. They are also the Director of Customer Experience at Trimble Inc., where they align end-to-end customer journeys to enhance overall satisfaction. Amy holds an MBA in Healthcare from Western Governors University.
