Axel Vännman

Axel Vännman has had a dynamic career at Trimble since 2002, starting in Service Technology with a focus on ensuring high quality and efficient service. This experience laid a strong technical foundation, leading to roles such as Project Manager, where Axel managed product improvement projects, and Quality Assurance Manager, where strategies for product and process integrity were developed and implemented. In 2019, Axel became Production Manager, overseeing the production of optical measuring instruments and strengthening leadership capabilities. Currently, as Director of Operations since 2022, Axel leads a production site with 150 personnel, advocates for Lean production methods, and collaborates closely with the development department to drive innovation and improvements. Axel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has furthered expertise in Lean Production at Chalmers University of Technology.
