Beth Shirey

Beth Shirey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and employee training within the construction and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Enablement at Trimble Inc., Shirey oversees initiatives related to customer and partner training, employee development, and product documentation. With a robust background at Viewpoint Construction Software since 2012, Shirey has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Sales Learning & Development and Director of Learning Services. Prior experience includes founding Beth Allen Consulting, where the focus was on management and communications training, and serving as Director of Training at Harsch Investment Properties, where training programs were established and expanded. Shirey's career began at Intel, managing global employee development and training initiatives. Shirey holds a BS in Mathematics and Education from Oregon State University.
