Previously, Bill held multiple leadership roles at Trimble Transportation, including Director of Facilities, where responsibilities encompassed managing facilities for 1,200+ employees and negotiating multi-million dollar leases. Bill's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Quality Assurance at PeopleNet, where significant improvements in team performance and product quality were achieved. With a strong foundation in project management and operational efficiency, Bill has a proven track record of fostering employee engagement and culture across various organizations. Bill holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
