Brad Askins has over 25 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing. Currently serving as a QA Manager at Trimble since April 2005, Brad manages departmental operations, including schedules, costs, and resource allocation, while ensuring the achievement of QA goals. Previous roles include Test Engineer and Automation Test Engineer, focusing on automation testing using Ruby and Python for SketchUp applications. Prior to joining Trimble, Brad worked at Google and @Last Software as a Test Engineer and QA Engineer, testing various versions of Google SketchUp. Brad's early career includes roles as a QA Analyst and QA Engineer at Autodesk, as well as outdoor instructing and logistics coordinating positions at Outward Bound and the National Outdoor Leadership School. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Outdoor Education from Plymouth State University.
