Christopher Lyon is a seasoned professional specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the global industrial technology sector, currently serving as the Manager of Culture and Engagement and previously as a Senior Equity and Inclusion Specialist at Trimble Inc. since October 2021. With a strong focus on empowering HR Business Partners and senior leaders to achieve localized DEI goals through innovative resources such as the "DEI Scorecard," Christopher is instrumental in driving measurable progress within the organization.
