Dave Kohler

Dave Kohler is currently the Vice President of Trimble Platform Engineering at Trimble Inc., where they oversee the design and operations of the company's cloud platform. Previously, they served as the CTO and co-founder of WeoGeo, Inc., leading all technical development and strategy for the company until its acquisition by Trimble. Dave's extensive experience includes positions as a research scientist at the Florida Environmental Research Institute, and various roles at Trimble that involved strategic leadership in cloud computing and geospatial data processing. They hold a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, alongside other academic qualifications from both Cornell and Rutgers University.
