David Taylor

David Taylor is currently a Product Engineering Manager at Trimble Navigation, where they manage a team focused on new product introduction and sustaining activities for GPS and radio products. They have implemented design for manufacturing (DFM) changes and completed Six Sigma training, leading projects to improve internal processes. David also transferred manufacturing to contract manufacturers and qualified components with suppliers both locally and overseas. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at California State University, Chico, which they have attended since an unspecified date. Prior to their current role, David served as a Product (Manufacting) Engineer at Trimble Navigation from 2000 to 2007.
