Devin Mulhern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, economic development, and geospatial strategies within the public sector. Currently serving as Territory Sales Manager at Trimble Inc. since June 2025, Devin previously held various leadership roles at Esri from March 2019 to June 2025, including Team Lead for State and Local Government, where there was a focus on helping local governments implement geospatial solutions. Prior to that, Devin was Managing Director of Economic Development at Denver South from December 2012 to March 2019, managing significant projects and leading innovative initiatives to attract new businesses. Earlier experience includes roles in operations and supply chain management, and a graduate internship at Caterpillar Inc., where Devin conducted market analysis to enhance eCommerce performance.
