Diviyan David is an experienced Sales Enablement Program Manager at Trimble Inc. since April 2022, focusing on equipping sales teams across the APAC region with essential knowledge and tools to enhance performance. Prior to this, Diviyan held various roles at HCL Technologies from February 2016 to April 2022, including Learning & Development Lead and Sr Trainer, where responsibilities encompassed client-centric training planning, trainer empowerment, and comprehensive training assessment and design following industry standards. Diviyan has a strong background in instructional design, specializing in developing engaging e-learning courses, and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Dr. C. V. Raman University.
