Eeva Nummenpää

Eeva Nummenpää is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and people strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of People eXperience and Talent Management for the Nordics at Trimble Inc. since September 2020, Eeva aligns people strategy with business objectives while providing HR business partnering and expertise in talent management and learning & development. Prior experience includes a decade at Veho Oy Ab, where Eeva held positions from HRD Manager, focusing on competence management and organizational culture transformation, to Business Development Coordinator, enhancing HR processes, and Sales Assistant, supporting sales operations. Eeva holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Chinese Studies from Shanghai University.
