Emily Sprague

Emily Sprague is currently the Product Portfolio Office Leader at Trimble, where they leverage their expertise in marketing and diversity to drive significant international change. They co-founded and chaired the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Network, focusing on advocacy and community building. With a robust background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Emily has engaged over 1,500 employees in initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture. They previously held roles as a Senior Manager and Inclusion Program Manager at Trimble, where they developed comprehensive DEI roadmaps and conducted national equity assessments. Emily graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Design and Art from Muskingum University in 2014.
