Gary Packham

Gary Packham is an experienced client services and support management professional with a strong background in technical instruction and customer support. At Trimble Inc. since June 2015, Gary has held multiple roles including Client Services Manager, UK Support Manager, and Customer Support Manager, where responsibilities involve managing a team of support engineers to ensure customer issues are resolved in accordance with service level agreements. Prior to Trimble, Gary worked at Amtech Group Ltd from March 2005 to February 2023 as a support engineer providing product assistance and delivering training on products. Gary’s earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Instructor for the Ministry of Defence, where training young soldiers in electrical skills was a core duty. Educational qualifications include a Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management from the Chartered Management Institute and various teaching and electrical installation certifications from reputable institutions.
