Gavin Kingsley is a retired senior software development professional with extensive experience in team leadership and project management. They began their career as a Digital Control Engineer at Tait Electronics and have held various leadership roles, including Embedded Control Group Manager at Eaton Corporation, where they oversaw software development for global product lines. Gavin is also recognized for their contributions to change management and collaborative software development practices, including agile methodologies. They hold a BE(Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Canterbury and are currently pursuing a New Zealand Diploma in Te Reo from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
