Geoffrey Falk

Geoffrey Falk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and training within the software industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Trimble Inc. since April 2011, Geoffrey is responsible for the concept, design, delivery, and management of new features in the ERP, and has successfully led initiatives to increase user engagement and subscriptions. Previously, at Dexter + Chaney from April 1996 to April 2011, Geoffrey held multiple roles including E-Learning & Employee Development Manager, where a certification program for trainers was developed, and Training Manager, overseeing the implementation of ERP solutions across North America. Geoffrey also has a background in training and customer support, having worked with over 200 clients on software implementation. Geoffrey holds a BA in Business/Accounting from the University of Puget Sound.
