Gregg Jackson has extensive experience in product management and customer support within the geospatial and engineering software sectors. At Trimble since December 2006, Gregg serves as a Product Manager for Geospatial 3D Laser Scanning solutions and previously managed customer support for the Power Process and Plant division. Prior to Trimble, Gregg worked at BitWyse Solutions as Product and Customer Support Manager, and at Bentley Systems as Product Manager for PlantSpace software. Additional experience includes a role as Technical Support Manager at Cadsys Inc. and Piping Design at Exxon. Gregg holds a BS in Civil Technology with a focus on Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Houston.
