Jason Daly is a seasoned software engineer and architect with extensive experience in software development and consultation. Currently serving as a Software Engineer/Architect at Trimble Navigation New Zealand Ltd since February 2007, Jason focuses on developing an ASP.NET Web API 2 REST API for e-commerce shopping cart applications and architecture in C#. Previously, Jason worked as a Senior Software Consultant at SoftFX Limited, specializing in hedge fund portfolio management software using Java and Adobe Flex. Prior to that, as a Senior Software Developer and .NET Technical Architect at Mso New York (New Zealand) Limited, Jason led a team in designing and developing hedge fund portfolio management solutions. Jason's career began in 1995 at Trimble Navigation New Zealand, where Jason developed C++/MFC desktop applications and mentored junior developers. Jason holds a Master’s Degree and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Valuation and Property Management) from Lincoln University (NZ).
