Jason Kolles

Jason Kolles currently serves as the Associate Vice President of People eXperience at Trimble Inc., where leadership extends to a high-performing team across global divisions, including responsibilities for India and Mexico. Previously, Jason held various roles at Trimble, including Director of People eXperience, focusing on digital transformation in human resources. Prior to joining Trimble in 2016, Jason worked at EVINE Live as a Human Resources Manager and at Aimia Inc. as an HR Representative/Recruiter, where talent acquisition was a primary focus. Early career experience includes a position as a Staffing Supervisor/Recruiter at Kelly Services, managing recruitment for several notable clients. Jason Kolles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and History from Saint John's University.
