Jason Yates

Jason Yates is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People eXperience at Trimble Inc. since January 2018, Jason focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, managing costs, and driving organizational effectiveness. Previously, as Director of People eXperience, Jason specialized in cultural transformation and diversity initiatives. Prior to Trimble, Jason held various HR roles at BAE Systems, including Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, compliance, and HR leadership for a 500+ employee site. Earlier career positions included HR Generalist roles at ChartOne and 3Com Corporation. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business from San José State University and a Human Resource Project Management certification from the American Academy of Project Management.
