Jeff Turgeon, EIT, is a professional with a robust background in geomatics and engineering. Holding a degree in Geomatics Engineering with Distinction from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary and a Technical Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology with Honors from SAIT, Jeff developed expertise through various roles. Experience includes serving as an Equipment Operator at Schlumberger, where skills in operating fluid and nitrogen pumps, blenders, and wellhead control were honed. Jeff further advanced technical and leadership capabilities as a Survey Party Chief at Russell Shortt Land Surveyors, working on diverse projects throughout British Columbia. Recently, in November 2022, Jeff took on the role of Technical Product Manager at Trimble Inc., focusing on enhancing workflows for geospatial scanning solutions, along with a brief internship in Scanning Software Product Marketing.
