John Maliani

John Maliani is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Trimble Inc. since February 2021, John oversees Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Artificial Intelligence for construction software applications. Previously, John held the position of Vice President of Research & Development at e-Builder from July 2018 to February 2021. John also spent over 13 years at Ultimate Software, where significant achievements included becoming an Engineering Fellow and Vice President, responsible for strategic direction and innovation efforts to enhance operational efficiency. Early career experience includes roles at Kemper Insurance, culminating as a Performance Engineer. John holds a Master's Degree in Physics and Optics from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's Degree in Laser and Optical Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
