Joseph Tingin possesses diverse experience in both engineering and customer service roles. Beginning as a Concessions Associate at Century Theatres in 2014, Joseph later became a Customer Service Specialist at JCPenney, where exceptional performance led to earning a Manager’s Recognition Certificate for exceeding customer registration goals. From October 2018 to June 2021, Joseph advanced through multiple positions at Trimble Inc., including Firmware Engineer, Firmware Engineer II, and Firmware Engineer III, while also serving as a Scrum Master. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University, completed in 2018.
