Juergen Kesper

Juergen Kesper is a legal professional with extensive experience in managing dispersed teams within technology-driven and international organizations. They served as Legal Counsel for the Fresenius Group from 2002 to 2005, advising on intellectual property, licensing, and joint ventures. Kesper held the position of Legal Counsel Europe at The Timken Company from 2007 to 2010, where they managed all legal matters for the EAME region. Currently, as Legal Director at Trimble since 2011, they oversee corporate M&A and contract management, as well as serving as Managing Director for Trimble Inc. since 2016. Kesper holds an LL.M in Intellectual Property from The John Marshall Law School and has completed the State and 2nd Bar Exams in Law at Universität Hamburg and Kammergericht Berlin, respectively.
