Mai Hattori

Mai Hattori is an experienced Solution Manager at Trimble Inc., overseeing Tekla Downloads and Tekla Warehouse. Previously, Mai served as a Technical Product Manager at Flowhaven, where responsibilities included leading agile development, facilitating workshops for product roadmaps, and managing backlogs. Mai also held roles such as Technical Customer Success Specialist, where training practices and onboarding workflows were established, as well as positions focusing on data migration and customer success. Earlier experience includes positions at the Center for the Study of Democracy as a Research Assistant, at WeBuust as an Analyst, and at IBM as a Data Analyst. Mai Hattori holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki, a Bachelor of Education in Educational Psychology from Tohoku University, and a Bachelor in Intercultural Teaching Education from the University of Oulu.
