Nick Banta

Nick Banta is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Trimble Inc. since August 2019, Nick has previously held significant positions including Director of Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering at GE Aviation, and Director of Network Security & Compliance at GE. Nick's career also includes a tenure as Chief Information Security Officer at Geller & Company, and various cybersecurity roles at GE Home & Business Solutions, Systegra Inc., Virginia Credit Union, Prince George County, and Woodfin. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
