Paul Rimas

Paul Rimas is Trimble's lead in-house counsel for corporate matters and oversees the company's worldwide M&A legal activity. Since joining Trimble in 2004, they have closed over 120 acquisitions and strategic investments in more than a dozen countries and provide guidance on commercial transactions, intellectual property licensing, and international matters. Previously, Paul served in various legal capacities at Trimble and worked as a Senior Associate at Perkins Coie LLP and as an Associate at Cooley LLP. They are currently a board and executive committee member at the Trimble Foundation and serve as General Counsel for Trimble Ventures. Paul earned a JD from Boston College Law School and holds degrees from St Andrew's College, Dublin, and Brown University.
