Paul Walton

Paul Walton has over three decades of experience in software architecture and engineering, primarily at Trimble Inc. since 1994, where paul currently serves as Principal Architect for both Trimble MEP Content Platform Services and Trimble Core AI. Walton's expertise spans various domains, including IoT, telematics, agriculture, and construction, with a strong focus on cloud services and SaaS applications developed primarily in C# and C++. Previous roles include leadership positions in development teams for applications related to marine survey and construction asset tracking, as well as experience in telecommunications. Walton holds a BSc Hons in Physics from the University of Bristol.
