Ron Heijman

Ron Heijman is an experienced sales leader with a robust background in strategic sales and business development across various industries, including chemicals, pharma, and technology. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Sales at Trimble Inc. since January 2024, Ron leads a team focused on revenue growth through strategic planning for existing and new clients. Previously, at Transporeon, Ron held multiple director roles, including Director of Growth Acceleration, where leadership extended to a team of 15 FTE, and Director of Sales, responsible for regional teams across Europe and the USA. Ron's earlier experience includes significant roles at Basware, where responsibilities included managing sales and business development for the Netherlands and the Benelux region, as well as country management at Certipost NV/SA. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management from New Port Business Academy and a degree in Coaching & Leadership from ICM.
