Sari Lindholm

Sari Lindholm is a seasoned HR executive with extensive global experience, currently serving as Vice President People eXperience for EMEA and CHRO at Trimble Solutions Corporation since April 2016. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Sari holds global HR responsibilities. Prior to Trimble, Sari held senior HR roles at Huhtamaki, including Senior Vice President HR and Group VP Human Resources, overseeing approximately 14,200 employees across more than 30 countries. Sari's earlier career includes positions at Nokia and Elcoteq, with a strong foundation in compensation, benefits, and HR strategy. Sari's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Helsinki and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the United World College of the Atlantic.
