Timothy Gallagher

Timothy Gallagher is an experienced executive with a strong background in the utility and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Manager, Owner, and Public Sector at Trimble Inc. since March 2021, Gallagher previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at SkyHelm Technology, where leadership focused on cybersecurity solutions for electric cooperatives. As Chief Revenue Officer at SkyHelm, Gallagher transformed the business model to Managed Services and played a key role in launching the TITAN cybersecurity platform. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at Uplight and Innovyze, where significant growth and operations management were achieved in the SaaS and asset management software markets. Gallagher’s early career includes various leadership roles at MWH and expertise in consulting for utility asset management. Gallagher holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Washington.
