Tom Carroll

Tom Carroll is an experienced professional with over three decades in engineering and process management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Manager at Trimble Inc. since 2010, Tom collaborates with global product development teams to enhance efficiency using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Tom held roles at Seagate Technology as a Principal Master Black Belt, where extensive training programs were implemented, and as an Engineering Manager overseeing photolithography teams. Additional experience includes teaching at Normandale Community College and managing engineering operations at StorageTek. Tom holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Wyoming.
