Ying Tu

Ying Tu, CPA, has extensive experience in SEC reporting and accounting, currently serving as a Senior SEC Reporting Manager at Trimble Inc. since August 2006. In this role, responsibilities include managing SEC reporting for 10-K/10-Q filings, XBRL, and equity accounting, as well as preparing materials for the Audit Committee. Prior to this position, Ying held titles such as SEC Reporting Manager and Senior Technical Accountant at Trimble Inc., and previously worked as a Senior G/L Accountant at Credence Systems Corporation. Ying holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
