Olivia Ha

Olivia Ha is a seasoned professional specializing in asset management operations and real estate capital markets with a diverse background spanning over several years. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Trimont Real Estate Advisors since January 2022, Olivia previously worked with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough where oversight of commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions was a key responsibility. Earlier experience as a Closing Specialist at FirstKey Homes involved managing property ownership transfers, while a role at Seyfarth Shaw LLP included drafting loan documents and overseeing closing binders. Olivia also participated in community organizing efforts to enhance civic engagement among Vietnamese Americans and provided legislative support to Representative Sam Park during the 2017 session.
