Torrence LaGoy

Torrence LaGoy is a dedicated Commercial Real Estate professional currently serving as an Associate Director at Trimont. With extensive expertise in CMBS and GSE Asset Management, they coordinated the disposition of over 1,150 REO properties worth more than $10.7 billion throughout their career. Previously, Torrence held roles at Trimont Real Estate Advisors and Mount Street, among others, and completed a paralegal internship at the EEOC. They are pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at the College of Marin and hold a paralegal certificate from Southeastern Career Center.
