Trace Welch

Trace Welch is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Trimtab, where they work to drive innovative solutions in impact investing. They are also the Director of Special Initiatives at The ImPact and participate as a fellow with ImPact Lab. Previously, Trace held roles as a Family Investment Associate at GenSpring Family Offices and as a Thought Leadership Manager at the Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism. They earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Birmingham-Southern College.
