Iryna Skip

Iryna Skip is an experienced recruiter with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving at Trinetix since August 2019, Iryna manages the entire recruitment cycle, collaborates with project managers to fill various roles, and conducts interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Prior to this, Iryna worked as a Recruitment Researcher at Sigma Software Group and Ciklum, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and participating in public relations events. Iryna holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Ukrainian Catholic University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
