Business System Analyst at Trinetix

Kirill Balalin started their work experience in 2008 as a Business Owner for their own private entrepreneurship. Kirill then worked as a PR Executive for the Federation of Drag Racing of Ukraine from April 2008 to October 2010. From June 2009 to August 2010, they also ran their own business, Detroit Supply, specializing in selling automotive spare parts.

In 2011, Kirill worked as the Web Project Development Manager for Betvik.com from December 2011 to March 2012. Kirill then served as the Director of Public Relations at Miratech from March 2012 to February 2013 and as a Marketing Manager at Eletek from February 2013 to May 2013.

From June 2013 to March 2014, Kirill worked as a Development Manager at Navigator. Kirill then joined Trinetix in March 2014, where they initially served as a Business Analyst and UX Architect until January 2017.

At Access Softek, Kirill held various roles from January 2017 to December 2020. Kirill started as a Product Manager, responsible for product-level roadmap/backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and client demos. Additionally, they acted as a Product Owner for a Scrum Team, managing team backlog, preparation of acceptance criteria, bug triage, and driving team-wide strategy roadmap. Kirill was also involved in sales processes, area trainings, and documentation clean-up and maintenance.

Finally, Kirill currently works as a Business System Analyst at Trinetix, starting in December 2020.

Kirill Balalin pursued their education from 2000 to 2005 at the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, where they earned a Magister degree in Law. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020.
