Max Steven

Max Steven is the Human Resources Director for North America Sales at Trinetix, where they lead HR strategy and operations for multiple field sales teams. With a background in talent analytics, Max has directed research and insights in talent sourcing and retention, utilizing statistical modeling and data visualization tools. Previously, they worked in various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and Global Brand HR Intern, at renowned organizations such as Procter & Gamble and the Pavilion Behavioral Health System. Max holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Western Michigan University.
