Oleg Shmidt

Oleg Shmidt has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Oleg began their career in education as an English teacher at Dnepropetrovsk school of foreign languages #22. Oleg then worked as a translator/interpreter for Agro-Soyuz (agriculture) before transitioning to a role as a personal assistant to the owner of an IT startup at ZetTech. From 2011 to 2012, Oleg worked as a project manager at Propeople, where they developed web sites using Drupal CMS and was responsible for creating functional specifications, defining scope, and delivering final products to customers.

In 2013, Oleg joined Sitecore as a project manager/scrum master, where they gained experience in Agile methodologies and collaborated with a Danish team on development and support of Sitecore applications. Oleg was involved in planning projects, creating release plans, and estimating user stories.

Oleg then moved to SoftServe as a project manager/scrum master from 2015 to 2016, where they continued to apply Agile practices and managed project timelines.

Oleg joined PSD2HTML in 2016 as a project manager, overseeing project execution and ensuring timely delivery.

From 2017 to 2019, Oleg worked as a project manager at Software MacKiev, and from 2019 to 2020, they served as a project delivery manager at Intellias. In both roles, Oleg was responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful implementation.

Oleg'smost recent position is as a technical delivery manager at Trinetix since April 2020, where they continue to oversee the technical delivery of projects.

Overall, Oleg Shmidt has extensive experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and software development, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Oleg Shmidt completed their education from 2002 to 2007 at Kharkiv State Pedagogical University named after Grygory Savich Skovoroda. Oleg obtained a specialist degree in Economic theory and English language during this period.

In terms of certifications, Oleg became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist in January 2022 from Scaled Agile, Inc. Prior to that, they obtained the PMI-PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2015 and the PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner certification from the same institution in August 2014.
