Jim Phillips

Jim Phillips has extensive experience in account management and sales within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as the SVP of Global Account Management at TriNetX from September 2019 to December 2023, Jim leads a global team focused on customer engagement and strategic growth across pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and CROs. Prior roles include Vice President of Partnerships and Director of Global Account Management, with a strong emphasis on Real World Data and SaaS solutions. As SVP of Client Services at lifeIMAGE, Jim drove significant revenue growth while maintaining high client retention rates. Previous positions also include roles at Allocade, Inc. and Siemens Healthcare, where Jim managed sales teams and consistently exceeded growth targets. Jim holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where academic work involved participation in significant research projects.
