Shih Chieh Chen is currently a Strategy and Solution Lead at TriNetX, where they focus on building partnerships with healthcare organizations and biopharma to create data networks and foster research collaboration. Previously, they served as an Implementation Manager at Roche Diagnostics, where they managed workflow solutions and change processes across the APAC region. Their extensive experience in healthcare management includes roles at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, where they played a vital role in achieving the world's first paperless hospital with JCI accreditation. Shih Chieh holds a Master's degree in Health Care Management from Chang Gung University and has completed an Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence at Taiwan AI Academy.
