The over 150 man-years of collective experience among the senior management and leadership roles led to the company's core vision: to be a leading global provider of cost-effective hiring tools for all enterprises and map talent to the congruent job role.

Trini-PI has been conceptualized as a four-dimensional model simplifying hiring complexity across the 4 C’s, namely Companies, Colleges, Candidates and Collaborators, using data analytics and artificial intelligence with a keen focus on customized user experience. To this end, Trini-PI Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is currently involved in developing an assessment-based hiring platform for aligning individual capabilities with industry requirements.
