Julia Watson

Julia Watson is an accomplished property management executive with over a decade of progressive leadership experience. They began their career as a Property Manager at Corcoran Jennison from 2005 to 2010, later serving in various senior roles at Windsor Compliance Services, The Bainbridge Companies, Ambling Management Company, RAM Partners, and Alliance Residential Company. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Pegasus Residential before becoming the Executive Vice President of Property Management at Trinitas Ventures in 2024. Julia earned a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Georgia between 1998 and 2003.
